PEDAGOGICAL PROJECT

A) GENERAL PURPOSE OF TRAINING

Train and guide workers on health and safety procedures at work related to their function, in compliance with the Regulatory Norms – NR. They are the set of procedures related to occupational safety and medicine that are mandatory for all companies, both in the private and public spheres, that have employees under the CLT – Consolidation of Labor Laws.

B) PRINCIPLES AND CONCEPTS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF WORKERS, DEFINED IN NR

The NRs, or Regulatory Norms, were created by the Ministry of Labor as a way to regulate health and safety at work in private and public companies that have employees under the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws).

Divided by important topics of mandatory compliance, the NRs cover almost all risk activities in institutions. Therefore, we are a company specialized in distance learning training, so that all workers in the activities included in the NRs can be properly oriented and trained. In addition to providing guidance on mandatory procedures related to occupational safety and medicine, the NRs contribute to reducing costs and occupational accidents in companies, protecting the environment, people and institutions.

C) PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING STRATEGY, INCLUDING APPROACH TO THE THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL PART, WHEN ANY

The course is divided into specific theoretical modules for each subject, each module presents texts with explanations about the subject and videos. At the end of the course, students will undergo an assessment which will verify the knowledge acquired by the participant.

Practical training is carried out in-company.

It can be performed on any device connected to the Internet: notebook, computer, tablet, cell phone.

Epi for protection of the upper limbs;
Epi for protection of the lower limbs;

H) PURPOSE OF EACH MODULE

Train workers to work with safety and health at work, within the content provided in each module, in order to meet the provisions of the respective NR.

J) ESTIMATED MINIMUM DAILY DEDICATION TIME TO THE COURSE

All our courses meet the workload required in the NRs, so students have their activities and classes based on that point. Our courses within the platform are available 24 hours a day, that is, the student accesses at the time he wants.

K) MAXIMUM TERM FOR COMPLETION OF TRAINING

The completion deadline is defined together with the contractor. If necessary, the period may be extended, without exceeding a period of 1 year.

M) TEACHING MATERIAL

In Online NR Training we have classes in slide format, with theoretical material, didactic texts, the regulatory standard according to the MTE and final evaluation.

O) LEARNING ASSESSMENT.

At the end of the course, the student will carry out an assessment to prove the knowledge acquired, the learning assessment is done within the online platform. the student will have access to their grade immediately upon completion of the assessment.

Students who, after the evaluation, have a concept lower than 7 points, must carry out a new evaluation. Students who, after the evaluation, have a concept equal to or greater than 7 points are considered fit in relation to the training carried out

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

In compliance with the provisions of NR 1, in its annex II, detailed in item 3, we present our Pedagogical Plan for conducting online training.

We affirm that we meet all the provisions of the aforementioned standards mentioned and described within the preparation of the Pedagogical Plan
